SuperBot is a purpose-built chatbot trained to answer questions around the impacts of COVID-19 on the superannuation balances of Australians. Utilising a knowledgebase that has been created by Deloitte’s superannuation and financial advice experts, and validated with major funds, it can be embedded onto any fund’s website and enables funds to respond to member questions in an automated manner without having to invest in expensive platforms, as well as giving them visibility into more complex questions that are on members’ minds.
To date, over 11,500 superannuation fund members have used SuperBot to answer queries about the Early Access to Superannuation legislation, and about switching investments in a time of market volatility.
