A fashionable clothes protector and crockery range with ‘invisible’ assistance pieces which enhances the dining experience by providing tableware that looks the same for all diners due to its clever use of colour and design. Innovative crockery pieces help residents distinguish where the food is situated on their plate and with cup placement. Clever hidden lips assist with food pick up and non tip saucers helps with the avoidance of spills. These elements remove potential embarrassment from mishaps at the table and / or the need for staff to assist at meals, assisting diners to share the same restaurant experience as each other and enabling a relaxed, social occasion rather than a facilitated meal experience.
The introduction of both of these innovations ensures all our residents enjoy a dignified dining experience which can be shared with fellow residents or friends and family, again all using the same table wear. The impact has been so great in one instant a gentlemen resident cried when he saw his place setting was the same as everyone else.
